Arrival & departure 

You can move into the apartment between 14 and 6 pm. Should you arrive after 6 pm, we ask you to call us. You will find our private parking right in front of the house. On the day of your departure, we ask you to leave the apartment by 10 am. 

 

Payment

Payments can be made in cash, through bank transfer, or by credit card. 

 

Local tax

A local tax of 2,90 € per person/day (from 14 years) must be added to the prices of our apartments.

Deposit

We ask for a deposit of 10 % of the total amount. If a cancellation is made in time, the whole deposit will be refunded. 

​

Pets

We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our holiday apartments. 

 

Children prices

Children up to 14 years old are granted reduced prices. Contact us for further information!

 

Final cleaning

The final cleaning is included in the price. We would appreciate your understanding when you are asked to refund any damages that may occur. 

 

Food and dining

We don’t offer breakfast to our guests, but there are a few restaurants and bars in the surroundings where you can enjoy a rich breakfast. Just ask us: we would be glad to provide recommendations for restaurants in our area.

Mobility

The bus to the town center and the lifts of Ortisei depart right in front of our house and run year-round. As our guests, you are given a free ticket (Südtirol Mobil), which you can use on all public transport in South Tyrol. 

 

Cancellation

Should you not be able to arrive at the booked date, we ask you to inform us in time. When the cancellation is made 1 month before the arrival, we charge  50%  of the total amount, if no other guests book the apartment. From 14 days before the arrival, we charge 80% of the apartment price, if no other guests book the apartment. For later arrivals and early departures or unused beds, we reserve the right to charge the full amount.

 

 

Travel cancellation

To enjoy a carefree holiday, we recommend buying travel cancellation insurance. Our recommendation: the Europäische Reiseversicherung – simply calculate the premium and complete the insurance policy.
